Pick a Niche.
Pick what you know, and what you are passionate about. Its far easier to stick with what you like doing and talking about.
Figure out who your audience is.. Who are the people you are trying to attract?
Theses are the people you want to tailor your words towards..
Figure out What kind of content they trying to find?
What are the problems they are trying to solve?
What can you tell them that will answer their questions?
Go into as much detail as you can answering these questions. Try to make a list of answers.. like..

Build Your List.
You will need to start generating leads to your blog so you can build your customer list.
When you have your own marketing list.. it’s YOURS. no longer are you relying on a Facebook or Youtube audience..
This is your list, and you can contact them whenever you have something interesting to say.. and if you build a quality following, they will listen!
Set up your own website.
This is far simpler than people make out.. but well worth doing. Everything you do online should link through this site.

You should be using some simple pieces of software like Clickfunnels to generate a landing page and Getresponse to collect and connect with your list.

Be Patient.. and Be Consistent.
It takes time. Everything worthwhile does.
You will need to post on a regular basis to get people to follow you. Some say every day.. some say every week.
Lets not be too crazy.. I would recommend 2 – 3 quality posts per week. When you do post on your website, also add a link and a few words, letting your subscribers know that you have made a new post, and be sure to link it to your blog.. this is good for Google Rankings too!
Be focused.
Try to stay on topic. It’s too easy to follow trends and change your path.. however, every time you do, you effectively start again at Zero.
Stay your path. You chose this path because you know it, and your passionate about it.
