Affiliate Marketing & Your E-Mail list.

Let’s face it. Marketing is expensive.
Why not pay a small commission to others to promote your business. They will only get paid when the product sells. So there is no initial expense to outlay to a marketing company.
This is called Affiliate Marketing.
You can make money by signing up to a company’s affiliate program. There is usually no cost to join, and when your able to direct a sale through to them (via your unique affiliate link) they will pay you a small commission.
Easy right?
To be successful in affiliate marketing, it would be ideal that you had a community of like minded people to pitch to. Meaning.. if you have a large e-mail list of people you are in contact with, or a community of people into the same hobby, or sport, like a club..
Without this, you, yourself, will have to shell out money to advertise to groups of people, so they can in turn, purchase products so you get paid.
Don’t stress out too much if you don’t have a community or list. Most of us Don’t. But if you see yourself doing this “Home Based” “Online Business” thing for the long term.. then you will have to start building your own list.
The good thing is, you can re-use your list over and over for different products.
